From the new equipped cellar it is possible to enter the tasting room, an old
tavernetta built in 1750. Close to it there is a small museum where some very
old objects of the family are gathered; these tools were used in the past for
the cultivation of the ground and the vinification of the grape.
A narrow staircase leads to the Infernot, an underground place excavated in the
ground and used in the past for the storage of food and wine. The cool and
constant temperature permits to keep here the bottles of vino spumante classic
method which will undergo in the next future the operations of remuage and
degorgement.
